PLAY LIKE A PRO WITH PAAL NFL FLAG FOOTBALL!
This 7-practice/6-game season held on Sundays is a 5 vs. 5, or 7 vs. 7 non-contact, recreational, co-ed format. We try to limit teams to 10 players for 5 vs. 5 and 14 players for 7 vs. 7 to maximize playing time. This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football. This is a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next step into tackle football. There are no try-outs! Everyone participates!
Games will take place tentatively between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm on Sunday afternoons (subject to change depending on field availability and league size/location). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date. Practices take place one hour prior to game time each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all! Schedule times can vary from week to week.
Participants will receive an NFL Flag reversible jersey and flag belt/flags, yours to keep! (Refer to our sizing chart for jerseys as the NFL FLAG styles/sizes have recently been updated).
Our program relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! We encourage all parents interested in volunteering to please contact us and [email protected]; Subject Line: Volunteer Opportunities. We will provide several resources, along with a comprehensive meeting for coaches, to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season! We will host a hybrid of virtual and in-person meetings this season.

Registration will open Friday, February 23, 2024 and will end Sunday, March 24, 2024.
* Once registration is full we will add names to a waiting list and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come, first serve basis.
SEASON INFORMATION
- Season Start Date (Meet & Greet): Saturday, April 6, 2024
- Season First Game: Sunday, April 7, 2024
- Season Games: April 7th, April 14th, April 21st, April 28th and May 5th
- No Games: May 12th (Mother's Day)
- NFL Flag Football Tournament: Sunday, May 19, 2024
- All jerseys and flag belts will be available for pickup during the PAAL NFL Flag Football Meet & Greet
TEAM FORMATION
During the online registration process, parents may request to have their child play with as many friends as they’d like. You may also request a specific coach. We'll try our best to accommodate requests, but there are no guarantees. Our goal is to create balanced and competitive teams while accommodating as many team requests as possible. You are welcome to create your own team and submit a roster.
